Port Louis Marina in Grenada is preparing for one of the highlights of its sailing calendar, as 82 yachts taking part in the 2026 ARC+ transatlantic rally set their sights on the Spice Island.
Organised by World Cruising Club, ARC+ brings together an international community of sailors for an extraordinary Atlantic adventure, travelling from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Mindelo in Cape Verde before crossing the Atlantic to their final destination, Camper & Nicholsons Port Louis Marina in St George’s, Grenada.
This year, 82 yachts will participate in ARC+, and excitement is already building at Port Louis Marina as the team prepares to welcome the fleet and celebrate the crews’ remarkable achievement.
A warm Grenadian welcome awaits
For Port Louis Marina, the arrival of ARC+ is much more than yachts crossing a finish line. It is a celebration of adventure, achievement and the international sailing community.
After weeks at sea and thousands of nautical miles sailed, arriving into the beautiful waters of Grenada is an unforgettable moment for participating crews. The marina comes alive as yachts arrive, crews step ashore, friends and families reunite and stories from the crossing are shared along the pontoons.
The Port Louis Marina team is looking forward to once again being part of those special moments and extending a characteristically warm Grenadian welcome to approximately 400 participants.

Overlooking the colourful waterfront of St George’s, Port Louis Marina provides an ideal destination for crews to relax, replenish and enjoy everything Grenada has to offer following their Atlantic crossing.
The marina offers 227 berths for yachts and superyachts up to 115 metres, together with facilities and services designed to support both visiting and longer-stay yachts. These include fuelling, provisioning, an onsite chandlery, restaurants and bars, a swimming pool and convenient access to marine and technical services.
Beyond the marina, ARC+ crews can discover Grenada’s famous beaches, waterfalls, rainforests, markets and restaurants, while enjoying the warmth and hospitality for which the Spice Island is renowned.
For many participants, arrival in Grenada is also just the beginning of their Caribbean adventure, with Port Louis Marina ideally positioned as a base from which to explore Grenada, the Grenadines and the wider Caribbean.
